Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work diligently to meet deadlines and prioritize numerous tasks are essential. The candidate should demonstrate an ability to adapt to change, learn new things, be open to feedback, and be eager to improve. They should enjoy providing excellent customer service and creating systems to organize large amounts of information and documents, striving to do all with integrity. Flexible hours with a set schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, are required.
