Requirements
- 5+ years of successful management experience within a consolidation or distribution environment
- Bachelor degree in logistics, management, business or related field
- Strong personal characteristics in communication
- Strong organizational skills
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Must be available for evening/night shift work
Responsibilities
- Managing all salaried and labor personnel on day-to-day activities
- Ensuring production and quality assurance goals are met
- Training and development of supervisory personnel
- Safety and administrative compliance
