The United States Tennis Association Pacific Northwest (USTA PNW), a 501c3 non-profit organization established in 1904, is dedicated to promoting and developing the growth of tennis by ensuring access for all. As a section of the USTA, USTA PNW serves over 1.3 million tennis players and 200+ facilities, offering low-cost RecTennis programs to over 40,000 participants. With more than 300 community partnerships, USTA PNW is the largest employer of recreational tennis jobs in the Pacific Northwest, creating new tennis jobs and embracing diversity and inclusivity. This part-time, hourly position at the Vancouver Tennis Center involves providing and leading tennis instruction, ensuring excellent customer service, promoting programs, and assisting with facility maintenance and operations. The role requires a strong understanding of tennis techniques and strategies, effective relationship-building skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
