About The Position

The Adirondack Club is a premier, family-oriented health, tennis, and pickleball facility that offers top-quality programs for players of all ages and skill levels. In our racquets department, we are committed to fostering a positive, dynamic environment where players can improve their skills, stay active, and become part of a vibrant community. We are seeking an assistant tennis instructor to help us elevate our U10 program.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with players of all ages and abilities, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Strong passion for promoting and growing the sports of tennis.
• Availability during evenings and weekends.
• Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to contributing to the overall success of the club.

Responsibilities

• Assist our professionals in delivering high quality instruction in our red and orange ball programs.
• Stay up to date with the latest teaching techniques, training methodologies, and advancements in tennis.
• Foster a positive, motivating environment that encourages players to reach their full potential.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and facility staff, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Actively promote and support tennis and programs through community outreach and club events.
