About The Position

An Assistant Tech inspects product functions and monitors test procedures and equipment in a warehouse environment. This role is responsible for conducting testing procedures using specialized equipment, identifying and troubleshooting issues in electronic equipment, and disassembling and reassembling electronic devices. The position requires compliance with quality performance standards, maintaining a clean and orderly work area and equipment, and ensuring adherence to warehouse safety regulations, including compliance with ESD guidelines. The Assistant Tech will also perform other duties assigned based on the business the warehouse supports.

Requirements

Skilled in the operation of test equipment.
Comfortable working autonomously and in a team environment.
Thoroughness and attention to detail in task completion.
Proficiency in computer skills required for precise data entry of completed units.
Competent in maintaining accurate and organized records.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
United States work authorization.
Must be 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

Previous technical experience, particularly with mobile devices/small electronics repair.
Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with schematics.
Handles basic issues and problems and escalates more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Time-management skills.
Written and verbal communication skills.
