Requirements

  • 2-4 years in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond questions from groups of managers, and clients.
  • Previous experience with positions that oversee a high level of detail and quality.
  • Possess a sense of urgency, and accountability.
  • Experience with WMS, Excel, Word, PP.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Senior Supervisor in directing and supervising the warehouse operations.
  • Coordinate and lead warehouse activities daily.
  • Responsible for the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of product within the Company’s service and cost objectives.
  • Participate in implementing work schedules and ensuring that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly.
  • Lead the Warehouse staff by instructing and assisting.
  • Coordinate and support warehouse activities on a daily basis under the direction of Warehouse operation management.
  • Responsible for the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of product within the Company’s standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound activities.
  • Support staff as needed in performing job functions such as storing, picking, packing, shipping and receiving.
  • Maintain product location system and ensure optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation.
  • Assist in inventory control.
  • Promote the efficient and safe operation of product handling equipment.
  • Participate in implementing work schedules and ensuring that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly.
  • Complete all necessary reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • With the guidance of the Team Leader and/or Supervisor, conduct general staff training.
  • Ensure staff is compliant with company policies.
  • Handle other job assignments as determined by the direct Team Lead and/or Supervisor.
