About The Position
The Jess and Mildred Fisher College of Science and Mathematics at Towson University invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track, 9-month Assistant Teaching Professor position in the Department of Chemistry & Forensic Science. This position is set to begin in August 2026. Requirements
- A master’s or doctoral degree in chemistry, forensic science, or a closely related field is required.
- Prior experience teaching chemistry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Primarily teach introductory-level lecture and lab courses in chemistry.
- May teach other courses in their area of expertise.
- Support academic advising.
- Engage in departmental service activities.
