About The Position

Step by Step Chaska is seeking an Assistant Teacher to help provide a safe, positive learning environment for children. The role assists with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, preparing and organizing learning materials, and supervising children during activities, meals, and naptime. The Assistant Teacher also helps support children’s development and growth while contributing to a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. Step by Step is part of Endeavor Schools, an education management company with more than 100 schools in 14 states. The organization offers educators a supportive environment, resources for their work, education incentives, career development programs, and opportunities for advancement. The position is listed with a 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. shift and a pay range of $18.00 to $19.50 per hour.

Requirements

College hours required.
1–2 years of experience required.
