About The Position

Cranfield Academy Morrisville, part of Endeavor Schools, is seeking an Assistant Teacher to help create a safe, positive learning environment for children. The role assists with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, preparing and organizing learning materials, and supervising children during activities, meals, and naptime. The Assistant Teacher helps lead learning activities, supports children's development, monitors their progress, and fosters a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EDU 119 credentials or equivalent, plus 6 additional ECE credits.
• One year of experience in a licensed facility.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum.
• Prepare and organize learning materials.
• Supervise children during activities, meals, and naptime to ensure their safety and well-being.
