About The Position

Guidepost Montessori is hiring an Assistant Guide for its Arbor Spring school. The Assistant Guide supports a mixed-age Montessori classroom serving infants, toddlers, and children ages 3–6, helping create a calm and engaging environment where children can explore and learn at their own pace. The role includes preparing intentional learning spaces and supporting individualized and small-group activities with respect, patience, and care. Assistant Guides help children build confidence and develop independence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

Requirements

• Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• A positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• A genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach; prior Montessori experience is welcome but not required.
