About The Position

Assistant Teachers help provide daily care for children while following licensing guidelines and company standards. They maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized; develop their ability to observe and assess children, plan for them, and communicate effectively with families; and complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development. The role is suited to energetic, dependable individuals who are passionate about working with children.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
