About The Position

Everbrook Academy of West Bloomfield is hiring an Assistant Teacher to help create a positive, engaging environment where children can learn and grow. The role includes supporting the daily care of every child in accordance with licensing guidelines and company standards, maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom, and developing skills in observing and assessing children, planning for their needs, and communicating with families. Assistant Teachers complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
