About The Position

The Assistant Teacher helps provide daily care for children while following licensing guidelines and company standards. The role includes maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom; developing the ability to observe and assess children and plan for their needs; communicating effectively with families; and completing extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development. The position is suited to energetic, dependable individuals passionate about working with children.
