About The Position

Join Celebree School as a Childcare Aide / Assistant Teacher and help fulfill its values to protect, educate, and nurture. In this entry-level role, you will support lead teachers in providing high-quality care and education while meeting each child’s individual needs. Requirements

At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

Assist lead teachers with classroom management and ensure compliance with regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
Assist in creating and implementing thorough, timely, age-appropriate, and stimulating lesson plans in accordance with Celebree’s curriculum.
Assist in managing effective classroom transitions.
Assist and supervise children during activities, and counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
Maintain the classroom’s appearance, cleanliness, and safety.
Present a positive and professional image and adhere to uniform requirements.
Communicate effectively with parents by greeting them by name, addressing concerns promptly, sharing positive feedback, and providing regular updates on children’s development and classroom activities.
