About The Position

This is a child care center role focused on supporting children’s daily care, learning, and development. The Assistant Teacher helps create a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized, follows licensing guidelines and company standards, and engages with children. The role includes developing skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children, communicating effectively with families, and completing training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
