About The Position

Assistant Teachers help provide daily care for children in a child care center while following licensing guidelines and company standards. They maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom; develop skills in observing and assessing children and planning for their needs; and communicate effectively with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. The position is intended for energetic, dependable individuals passionate about working with children.

Requirements

• Meet applicable state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
