Assistant Teacher
About The Position
Primrose School of North Meridian and Primrose School of South Meridian are hiring caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Assistant Teachers for classrooms serving children from 6 weeks through Pre-Kindergarten. The role is suitable for experienced educators and people beginning a career in early childhood education. Assistant Teachers work alongside Lead Teachers to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment and support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth. The position is full-time, with consistent schedules of 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. The posting states there are no evening or rotating shifts. Starting pay is $16.00+ per hour, based on experience, education, and qualifications. Previous childcare experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Support daily classroom activities and curriculum.

- Assist with meals, diapering, toileting, and daily care.
