About The Position
Early Learning Academies (ELA), at Morgan's Early Learning, is seeking an Assistant Teacher who is passionate about supporting young children and providing an exceptional early learning experience. Candidates should bring energy, compassion, and a genuine interest in nurturing young minds. Applicants may have prior childcare experience or be new to the industry. Previous center experience, dependability, experience working with young children, and some early childhood education are strongly preferred. The position offers $15–$16 USD per hour and follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with no nights or weekends.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must meet applicable state, federal, and Early Learning Academies requirements regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
- A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
Nice To Haves
- Previous center experience is strongly preferred.
- Dependability is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with young children is strongly preferred.
- Some early childhood education is strongly preferred.
