About The Position

Morgan's Early Learning is seeking an Assistant Teacher who is passionate about positively impacting young children and providing an exceptional early learning experience. The role is open to candidates with prior childcare experience as well as those new to the industry, provided they are dedicated to nurturing young minds. Previous center experience, dependability, experience working with young children, and some early childhood education (ECE) education are strongly preferred. The stated pay range is $15–$16 USD per hour. The position offers a supportive and collaborative work environment and a Monday–Friday schedule, with no nights or weekends.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must meet applicable state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
• A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
