About The Position

This is a child care center role focused on helping children learn and develop in a fun, engaging environment. Assistant Teachers support the daily care of every child, maintain a clean and organized classroom, engage with children, and build their skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children’s needs. They also communicate effectively with families and complete training on childcare, preschool, and child development.

Requirements

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Be energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Engage with children and develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for them.
