About The Position

New Horizon Academy is seeking a Childcare Assistant Teacher to help inspire, encourage, and support children's learning and development. Educators work in beautifully equipped classrooms with support from knowledgeable staff and help shape children's early learning experiences.

Applicants must meet the teacher and position qualification requirements outlined by the Minnesota Department of Licensing and state guidelines, satisfy the required Applicant Background Study, and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work legally in the United States. The role requires the physical ability to perform its duties, with or without accommodations. Previous childcare experience is preferred but not required; the posting also seeks candidates with experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Requirements
