About The Position
The T.E.A. Center is seeking an Assistant Teacher (Part-time/ Full-time) to join our supportive, family-owned childcare community. At the T.E.A. Center, we know that strong leadership, encouragement, and teamwork make a great workplace. We believe in loving on our teachers—so they can pour that love into the children every day. This is more than a job; it’s meaningful work that truly matters. As an Assistant Teacher, you will work alongside an experienced Lead Teacher to help create a safe, engaging, and joyful classroom environment. You’ll support daily routines, learning activities, and hands-on experiences that help children grow, explore, and thrive.

Nice To Haves
- Minimum 2 days/week required
- 5-day availability preferred
- Minimum 1-year commitment preferred
