About The Position

Assistant Teachers help provide daily care for children at a child care center while following licensing guidelines and company standards. They maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom; develop their ability to observe and assess children and plan for their needs; communicate effectively with families; and complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. The role involves working with children indoors and outdoors and engaging in physical activity with them.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
