About The Position

We are looking for experienced teachers to join our talented team where we inspire children to be lifelong learners through our play-based curriculum. Our affectionate and nurturing staff ensure that our children are instilled with the knowledge to succeed. We are looking for candidates that are as passionate about the growth and development of children as we are. As an Assistant Teacher, you will support the classroom by collaborating with the Lead Teacher to implement age-appropriate activities that foster the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of every child. Utilizing the established curriculum, you will help guide students through the transition from infancy to school age, ensuring they meet the necessary milestones for kindergarten readiness. Your role is essential to daily operations, including providing attentive care during meals, hygiene routines, and rest periods, while maintaining professional and transparent communication with families and staff via the Classroom Management system. Furthermore, you will provide administrative and instructional support as directed by the Lead Teacher or school leadership to ensure a cohesive and high-quality educational environment.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 year experience and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements is great but not necessary.

Nice To Haves

  • CDA is preferred.
