Requirements

  • Hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances
  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children

  • Education in Early Childhood Education
  • Experience within a licensed center

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in guiding young learners
  • Prioritizing children's safety and well-being
  • Collaborating with the lead teacher to plan engaging activities that promote growth across various areas of development
