Requirements

High School Diploma or its equivalent.
Ability to pass a background check.
Genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.

Nice To Haves

Education in Early Childhood Education.
Experience within a licensed center.

Responsibilities

Assisting in guiding young learners while prioritizing their safety and well-being.
Collaborating with the lead teacher to plan engaging activities that promote growth across various areas of development.
