About The Position

This is more than a daycare job: it is an opportunity to learn, grow, and help inspire children to become lifelong learners. The Assistant Teacher supports children’s daily care, helps maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom, and develops skills in observing and assessing children, planning for their needs, and communicating effectively with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Candidates should be energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children. The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience is required, as is the ability to work indoors or outdoors and participate in physical activity with children. A successful background check is a prerequisite of employment.
