About The Position

Richmond Hill Montessori Preschool is seeking an Assistant Teacher for its Toddler or Pre-K Programs. The Assistant Teacher helps implement age-appropriate curriculum, prepares and organizes learning materials, and supervises children during activities, meals, and naptime to support a safe, positive learning environment. The role includes helping lead learning activities, monitoring children’s development, and fostering a harmonious environment for children and teachers. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential.

Nice To Haves

• CDA or college credits in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience.
