About The Position

The Assistant Teacher helps provide daily care for children while following all licensing guidelines and company standards. The role supports a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized. The Assistant Teacher develops skills in observing and assessing children, planning for their needs, and communicating effectively with families. The position also includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
