About The Position
This position is for an Assistant Teacher/EL for the remainder of the 2026-2027 school year. The role is for 187 days per school year and involves assisting in teaching reading/language arts and mathematics.
Requirements
- Must possess an Associate's Degree or above; or must have at least 48 hours of earned college credit; or must provide passing scores for the Work Keys test (Silver Certificate).
- Proficiency in skills of reading and writing.
- Demonstrated interest in and a positive attitude toward the duties and responsibilities required to perform as an instructional assistant for teaching reading/language arts and mathematics.
- Must pass criminal background check as prescribed by state statute.
