Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Must meet all state-specific requirements for the position.
A genuine passion for working with young children.
Patient, dependable, caring, and positive attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Nice To Haves

Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework or experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with classroom teachers to create a welcoming and engaging learning environment.
Support the development of infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children through age-appropriate activities and interactions.
Help implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® while responding to the individual needs and interests of each child.
Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom where every child feels supported and valued.
Encourage curiosity, creativity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
Communicate with families about their child's daily experiences, accomplishments, and milestones through mobile apps and personal conversations.
Assist with classroom routines, activities, meals, transitions, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Work collaboratively with center staff and leadership to support the overall success of the center.
Create a fun, energetic environment where learning happens naturally through play and exploration.
