In alignment with the Estate Manager’s strategic vision, this role directly manages, develops, and inspires the hospitality team, translating business objectives into memorable, personalized connections that drive wine and wine club sales. As a hands-on floor leader and steward of the estate’s reputation, the ideal candidate is deeply service-driven, team-oriented, and adaptable. They ensure operational standards, inventory controls, and daily logistics are executed with precision, while empowering the team to deliver the highest standards of storytelling, hospitality, and brand excellence. This position has a Thursday through Monday schedule.
