About The Position
Under the supervision of the Table Games Shift Manager, the incumbent assists with shift supervision of all Table Games.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must meet criteria in areas of Attendance/Discipline.
- Must currently be a Floor Supervisor in the Table Games department.
- Must have a minimum of four (4) years continuous supervising experience as a Floor Supervisor.
- Must have Supervisory experience in Novelty plus three (3) of the following games: Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Pai-Gow (tiles) or Pai-Gao Poker.
- Must have the ability to work any shift as needed/scheduled.
- Must have the flexibility to work any days as needed/scheduled.
- Must rotate shifts at a minimum of once a year.
- Must have a working knowledge of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement.
