About The Position
Moss Bros. Auto Group is hiring an Assistant Systems Administrator to provide basic helpdesk support, including PC repair and troubleshooting of Windows software and networks. The role also requires basic Linux knowledge and familiarity with Active Directory. The position is listed at $20 per hour.
Requirements
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience.
- Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
- Prompt and courteous demeanor.
- Positive and hardworking personality.
- Strong computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Basic Linux knowledge.
- Active Directory knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic helpdesk support.
- Troubleshoot and repair PCs.
- Troubleshoot Windows software.
- Troubleshoot networks.
