About The Position
Reporting to the head coach, this position’s primary responsibility is to aid the head coach in day-to-day operations of the Swim program.
Requirements
- Previous Coaching Experience (1-2 years preferred)
- Collegiate swimming experience
Responsibilities
- Provide instruction for practice and meets
- Assist in creation of training plans
- Assist in execution of meet strategies
- Identify highly qualified prospective student athletes
- Other duties as assigned.
