Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree with 1+ year of related experience OR High school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience
- A valid driver's license and willingness to transport individuals
- A commitment to compassion, professionalism, and team success
Responsibilities
- Ensure each resident receives high-quality, person-centered care aligned with their IPOP and goals
- Provide hands-on assistance with daily living needs such as hygiene, meals, mobility, and household tasks
- Promote learning, independence, and peer relationships
- Use conflict-resolution and SCIP-R techniques when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and report progress or behavioral changes
- Assist with staff supervision, scheduling, and problem-solving
- Share on-call responsibilities to support staffing and crisis needs
