About The Position
Liberty Resources is hiring a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community‑based setting. As a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor, you will help ensure high‑quality care, support daily living needs, and assist in supervising staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree + 1 year experience OR HS diploma + 2 years related experience
- Valid driver’s license; ability to transport individuals
- Reliable, compassionate, and team‑oriented
Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily living skills and individualized goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality care
- Use crisis‑prevention and conflict‑resolution techniques
- Assist in supervising direct care staff and daily operations
- Share on‑call responsibilities
