About The Position
Join our Operations team as an Assistant Supervisor! In this role, you'll help oversee daily production activities, support and direct temporary employees, monitor production performance, and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Experience in a production or operations environment
- Ability to lead and support temporary employees
- Understanding of production goals and inventory accuracy
- Skills in training employees on processes, quality, and safety
- Capability to identify process improvements and resolve issues
- Proficiency in record-keeping and policy compliance
