About The Position
Snowfox is seeking a motivated bilingual (Spanish/English) Assistant Supervisor to support daily food production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role assists with supervising production staff, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met, maintaining productivity, and supporting the Production Supervisor with daily operations.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and able to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking employees.
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a cold production environment.
- Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and flexible shifts as needed.
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in food production or manufacturing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with supervising and leading production team members.
- Monitor daily production, attendance, and workflow.
- Ensure food safety, GMP, HACCP, and sanitation standards are followed.
- Train and coach employees on company procedures and safety practices.
- Help maintain production goals, quality standards, and efficiency.
- Complete production reports and communicate operational updates.
- Assist with inventory control and minimizing product waste.
- Support staffing needs and work collaboratively with other departments.
