About The Position
CRM Rental Management, Inc. is currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent for our Mariner Towers Apartments in Buffalo, NY. As we continue to grow and expand, we are excited to welcome new talent to our team!
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years full-time maintenance experience.
- Ability to supervise, teach, and motivate team.
- Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and various appliances.
- Willingness to perform tasks required and to learn and grow.
- Confident, positive attitude, good communications skills, and an ability to interact with a wide range of people.
- Must be able to pass a 5-year background check.
- We also conduct pre-employment drug testing. Any job offer will be based on the results of background and drug testing.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the physical condition of entire property.
- Assists in leading and supervising the maintenance team.
- Maintain relationships with other team members and residents, suppliers, vendors, and professionals servicing the company or property.
- Diagnose and performs all minor, major, and routine maintenance.
- Handle inventory.
- Ensure preventative maintenance and safety protocols are established and met.
- Report Superintendent and Regional Director of Maintenance.
