This role requires a Master's degree from an accredited college or university, with a doctorate degree being preferred. Additionally, a minimum of three years of administrative or related experience in an institution of higher education is necessary. Teaching experience is also a requirement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students, faculty, and staff.
