About The Position
The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works as a partner with the Studio Manager, forming a duo that ensures the smooth operation of the Orangetheory studio. The role involves understanding studio operations and member needs, stepping in when the manager is unavailable, balancing strengths within the management team, and working towards achieving and surpassing goals. The ASM represents the Orangetheory brand and shares the science behind the workout. This position can serve as a stepping stone for a management career or as a long-term role. The environment is described as passionate and collaborative, with opportunities to learn all aspects of the business, potentially leading to becoming a Franchisee or Business Owner.
Requirements
- Knowledge of studio operations and member needs.
- Ability to step in when the manager is unavailable.
- Ability to balance strengths with the Studio Manager.
- Ability to set and surpass goals.
- Understanding of the science behind the Orangetheory workout.
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour
