About The Position

This role is for an Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) at Orangetheory Fitness. The ASM works in tandem with the Studio Manager, acting as a key support to ensure smooth studio operations. The position involves understanding studio operations, knowing member names, stepping in for the manager when needed, and working collaboratively to achieve goals. Requirements

• Ability to know the ropes as well as member names.
• Willingness to step in when the manager steps out.
• Ability to balance strengths with the Studio Manager.
• Ability to set goals and surpass them.
• Compensation: $18.00 per hour
