About The Position
The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works as a partner to the Studio Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the Orangetheory Fitness studio. This role involves understanding the studio's operations, knowing member names, stepping in when the manager is unavailable, balancing strengths, and achieving goals. The ASM represents the Orangetheory brand and shares the science behind the workout with others. The role offers a dynamic environment where every day is different and provides opportunities for career growth within the fitness industry, including the potential to become a Franchisee or Business Owner.
