About The Position

As our Assistant Studio Manager, you're the right-hand to our Studio Manager and the heartbeat of our studios day-to-day operations. You’ll support a high-performing team, help drive sales, and keep the vibe strong—from the music and energy to the client experience.

Requirements

1+ year experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality leadership
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do mindset
Availability to work a mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems- Instagram, Canva, POS system
Open availability to cover when a Sales Associate calls out

Responsibilities

Assist in leading and managing daily studio operations with excellence
Support staff scheduling, payroll, training/onboarding, and team communication
Deliver a five-star client experience—from first-timers to loyal members
Handle front-desk responsibilities including membership sales, check-ins, and studio cleanliness
Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach to grow our local presence
Ensure studio is stocked, prepped, and ready for a seamless class flow
Step in for the Studio Manager as needed to keep everything running smooth
Assist at the North Naples AND Estero locations
