About The Position
Be fit. Change lives. Have fun. This role is part of a dynamic duo, working alongside the Studio Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the studio. The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) will learn the ropes, get to know members' names, step in when the manager is out, and help balance strengths and achieve goals. Every day will be different, involving representing the Orangetheory brand and sharing the science behind the workout. This position can be a stepping stone for a management career or a long-term role in a passionate and enthusiastic environment.
Requirements
- Know the ropes as well as you know your members’ names.
- Ability to step in when your manager steps out.
- Ability to balance each other’s strengths.
- Ability to set goals and surpass them.
