About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer service and developing the team. This role involves creating a welcoming store environment, handling customer needs and complaints professionally, and stepping in as Store Manager when needed. The position also includes optician duties such as pre-testing for eye exams, taking eyewear measurements, recommending products, and educating customers on lens care. Responsibilities also extend to processing sales transactions, managing inventory, and maintaining store displays. The role requires adherence to company policies regarding safety, health, security, and workplace conduct.
