Requirements
- Proven mid-management experience, preferably in a convenience store setting.
- Experience in a retail setting.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Experience with performance evaluations.
- Understanding of what it takes to maintain a store setting.
- Adherence to safety policies.
Nice To Haves
- Some management experience is preferred.
- Qualified bilingual candidates may receive premium pay.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and motivate others.
