The Assistant Manager will work with a team of retail professionals to ensure resources are used effectively to help the community reach its potential. They must be team players who can manage change while motivating and inspiring others. The Bench Assistant Manager's role is designed to meet dynamic business needs and may require assignments beyond the immediate geographic area, including providing coverage for absences, facilitating growth and training, collaborating with management, and contributing to business development.
