The GATE Store Assistant Manager ensures customer service is the first priority for GATE operations by providing a friendly and efficient experience for our guests. Performs the duties of the store manager in their absence. Addresses and resolves adverse situations including disgruntled customers or employees, drive-offs, no-fault product policies, invalid credit cards, and broken or malfunctioning equipment. Collaborates with the Store Manager and Team Leader to control store operations and inventory. Assists customers with finding products and provides customers with product information. Stocks the coolers and shelves. Ensures a high level of cleanliness and organization at the store. Performs minor maintenance and repairs on store equipment. Operates register to process cash and credit card payments.
